Statewood Properties Ltd. is a boutique real estate holding and investment company focused entirely on commercial development in Fort Langley — the Birthplace of BC — within the beautiful Fraser Valley.
Statewood is not some faceless corporate entity with teams of "smooth advisors" — as some might say — instead just a few local residents dedicated to doing anything and everything they can to make Fort Langley a better place. We are locally owned, locally operated, and locally supported.

Brinley is frequently found sleeping, eating, being chauffeured somewhere, or otherwise complaining.
When not in narcissistic baby mode, she does her best to represent the interests of future generations of Fort Langley in all of our significant long term planning and development decisions.
As Fort Langley babies often do, she consistently demands that we do better for those that will be left behind after we are gone. She values walkability, fire safety (obviously), accessibility, cherishes Wallace Walnut, and enjoys how the train shakes her house, even though it is especially noisy sometimes.
Eric started investing in Fort Langley in 2005. Since that time Statewood Properties Ltd has greatly improved overall tenant mix management, completed multiple façade improvements and extensive renovations, and, more recently, completed new construction with the high-end LEED Gold Coulter Berry Building at the corner of Glover Road and Mavis Avenue.
Eric was previously a software technologist founding or co-founding multiple Internet-based startups, such as Internet Direct, at one time the largest internet service provider (ISP) in Western Canada, Mail.com, which completed a NASDAQ IPO in 1998, and DomainWorks, which sold privately in 2008.
Growing up in Langley, Eric lives in Fort Langley. He is the President of the Fort Langley Business Improvement Association currently serving his 5th term, and also serves as a Director of the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation. In his spare time, he maintains fortlangley.com and a few other websites for fun. Email him anytime. Learn more...
Meghan joined Statewood Properties Ltd in 2014, and lives in Fort Langley, on Church Street. She runs the day-to-day operations of existing properties and oversees leasing, repairs and maintenance, and community outreach.
Prior to spending her days focused on the present and future of Fort Langley, Meghan was an accomplished event planner. She also oversees the Cranberry Festival and Bloom Markets on behalf of the Fort Langley BIA. Everyone seems to really like Meghan too, which always helps, especially in Fort Langley.
