Statewood Properties Ltd. is a boutique real estate development and investment holding company, with a persistent eye towards quality and long-term potential.
In addition to purchasing selected newer properties and developing new sites, we also restore troubled properties with unique value to former glory.
With our existing portfolio and long-term timeline, we have an exciting project queue that will currently last for many years to come.
The Thesis
In terms of commercial product types, we limit ourselves to a delicate balance of retail, mixed-use, and multi-family residential properties.
Geographically, we focus exclusively on the Lower Mainland of British Columbia south of the Port Mann Bridge and the George Massey Tunnel, from White Rock to the Township of Langley.
